Since opening its doors back in 1999, fighters from UFC, K1, Pride and Bellator have trained within its walls.
We cater for students of all ages, fitness and experience levels. We teach MuayThai (Thai Kickboxing), Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ), boxing and wrestling, and offer personal training in all styles.
We also and run group fitness, strength and conditioning sessions, women-only and kids’ classes, and have a fully equipped weights gym to supplement your training.
Whatever your goal, here at the Hangar we can teach you self-defence, build your confidence, get you fit and help you lose those unwanted kilos.
